A call for submissions has been announced for the 2013 edition of the Toronto Animation Arts Festival International. The Festival is now accepting both International and local shorts and feature-length submissions of all genres and techniques! Ads, Motion Graphics and Game cinematics are welcome and encouraged.
The Toronto Animated Arts Festival International (TAAFI) has been established to highlight the vibrancy of both the local and the international animation industry.
Submission are free of charge until 31 January 2013!

Showcasing and celebrating the best of animation arts from around the world, TAAFI acts as a tent pole event to support and build Toronto’s animation community. It offers local and international networking events, creates opportunities for studios and enthusiasts to meet, greet, work together, and inspire.
Submissions of animated films of all genres and animation techniques (for example, 2D classical, stop motion, 3D computer, 2D computer, VFX, Pixelation) with a production date of January 2011 or later are accepted. The shorts category requires that the maximum run time including credits is 40 minutes. The feature category requires a minimum run time of 40 minutes to a maximum of 150 minutes.
Selected works will become part of the 2013 edition of the Festival. TAAFI will notify final selected entrants by 15 April 2013.
The 2013 Toronto Animation Arts Festival International is scheduled for 31 May 2013 through 2 June 2013.

- Very Late Submissions – $25 fee – 1 March 2013 – 15 March 2013
