“To Death with a Smile” 2015 Poster Design Contest

MUMEDI, the Mexican Museum of Design, represented by the MUMEDI Foundation, call designers, students, teachers, professionals and anyone interested in the subject, to participate in the 2015 “To Death with a Smile” international poster design contest, to promote the exercise of good design.

The competition theme is about death — a personal consideration or approach, the meaning in your own culture, how we fear, celebrate or deal with it — and can be reflected in serious or playful way.

The best three poster designs will be awarded with separate prizes. A selection of the best 300 or 400 posters will be exhibited at MUMEDI, for a period of 3 to 4 months.

At the end of 2016 the exhibit will travel to Spain and Finland.

Submitted poster designs should be 60×90 cm in size, created in any technique and submitted digitally.

MUMEDI’s 2015 “To Death with a Smile” is open to designers or anyone interested from any nationality over 18 years of age.
