Verzasca Foto Festival is accepting entries for its Nera di Verzasca 2020 photography competition and invites all amateur and professional photographers to participate.
The choice of the theme is open. Every participant can submit a personal photo story with minimum 3 and maximum 10 images.
One 1st place prize winner will be awarded 2,000 Swiss Francs (approximately 1,850 Euro / 2,050 Dollars US), a solo exhibition from the 4th September to 4th November 2020 in Sonogno, Switzerland and will be invited to the 2020 Verzasca Foto Festival. The organizers will also invite the ten finalists to project their work during the festival + free board and lodging during the four days of the festival.
The contest is open to all people who have reached the age of 18 by the 22nd of January 2020, regardless of nationality or residence.
The Verzasca Foto Festival is an annual event that offers open air exhibitions, photo nights with live music, meetings and portfolio reviews by professional photographers.
