Küstendorf 2011 Festival Competition Programme

Students or self-taught non-released filmmakers can submit a film (under 45 minutes of duration) in any genre for consideration to the Competition programme of the 2011 Küstendorf International Film And Music Festival.

The International Film and Music Festival Küstendorf 2011 will be focused on bringing together the works of future filmmakers and great contemporary auteurs.

Objective

Submit a film, shorter than 45 minutes, in any genre.

Prizes

In the Competition programme student’s films will compete for the Gold, Silver and Bronze Egg, depending of the Jury’s choice.

The Festival will cover all travel and accommodation costs of invited filmmakers and they will be able to attend all workshops and events.

Rules

  • Küstendorf 2011 is an international festival and is open worldwide.
  • Students or self-taught non-released filmmakers are eligible to enter.
  • Films should be under 45 minutes long.
  • Films in any genre are accepted.
  • If the original language is not English, films should be subtitled on English.

How to enter?

The film should be sent on a DVD with English subtitles (if the original language is not English) and on a separate CD – submission form with film details, visual materials and contacts.
