Submissions have been opened for the 2013 Kantar Information is Beautiful Awards! This competition celebrate excellence and beauty in data visualizations, infographics and information art.
Data journals, data visualizations, infographics / information designs, interactive visualizations, motion infographics and websites can now be submitted. There is no date limitation for when work was created.
This year’s most beautiful work will be awarded with $5,000! There are five other special prizes available as well, aside from the bronze, silver and gold awards in each of the six competition categories.
Last year 26 prizes across 6 categories and 8 special awards were awarded with entries from more than 20 different countries.
The Information is Beautiful Awards were set up in 2012 by David McCandless, journalist and datavisualizer, in collaboration with Aziz Kami, Creative Director, Kantar.
Entry Fees
- $10 per entry for students
- $20 per entry for individuals
- $76 per entry for corporates / design agencies
