Interference Foundation – the main organizer of the Interference Festival of Visual Communication Forms in Gdańsk – is pleased to open the contest “Freedom of Form” for 2018, inviting entries of visual works.
The contest is addressed to individual authors as well as companies, legal persons, organizations, institutions, and artist collectives. Its main aim is to select the best, the most aesthetically and creatively outstanding short visual works in two main categories.
The Grand Prix in amount of 2,500 zł sponsored by the City of Gdańsk will be awarded in both main categories. In addition, one Audience prize of 2,000 zł will also be awarded.
The two main categories are:
- Music Video [max 10 minutes]
- Experimental Short Visual Form [max 8 minutes]
A maximum of two works is allowed per participant. It is not possible to enter the same work in more than one category.
Only entry works made in 2016-2018 will be considered.
The 2018 Interference Festival is scheduled for 13th December 2018. The official announcement of the winners will take place during the Festival.
