The 15th China Hardware Product Design Competition is now open for entries for 2020 to designers from all around the world.
This competition is held since 2006 to improve innovative design ability of hardware and to promote hardware product development in China.
The total prize fund for 2020 is ¥860,000! In each of the two main competition categories: Concept Group and Products Group, there are different awards to be won.
Entries are accepted in the following competition categories:
- Concept Group
- Feijian Smart Cup / Pot Design – Titanium cups, children’s cups, sports cups, thermos pots, stewed beakers, glass cups, plastic cups, smart cups, filter cups, sterilization cups and other smart thermos cups and pots.
- Yibo Storage Products Design – School furniture (school apartment bed, desks and chairs)
- Qunsheng Air Purifier Design – Car & Household Air Purifier
- JiaTu Sports Car Design – Sports car (scooter and motorcycle)
- Product Group
- Smart Lock Products
China Hardware Product Design Competition has been held for 14 times since its foundation in 2006. As an international design competition, it attracts participation of designers from dozens of colleges and universities, design companies as well as independent designers from more than 20 countries and regions around the world.
The competition is organized by Hardware Industrial Design Demonstration Base of Zhejiang, the Yongkang Science and Technology Bureau and the Yongkang Economic and Information Bureau.
