International design contest Best in Design, formerly known as Design Talent — one of the biggest design competitions in middle Europe — is currently open for entries for its 8th edition.
This time the competition includes four categories – Product design, Industrial design, Fashion design and Communication design.
Designers under 30 years of age can send their submissions and compete for the Best in Design title, as well as 10,000 Euro and an internship.
The competition is looking for young designers and is trying to motivate them to become the best in the design world.
Last year the organizers received an unbelievable number of 1,320 applications from Europe, Asia and America. The grand prize winners became Andrej Čanecký and Andrej Barčák for their graphic design of football rules called Jedenástky.
The grand announcement of the Best in Design winners will take place of the 28th of April 2017 in Zlín, Czech Republic as a part of Zlin Design Week.
