OMC Design Studios are inviting designers, innovators and companies to enter their best designs and projects in the A’ Design Award & Competition 2013-2014.
Organized under all creative disciplines, the A’ Design Award and Competition has become one of the worlds’ most diffused and largest design accolades with entries from 148 countries and winners from 70.
A’ Design Award is open to entries of both concept stage projects and realized works in over 100 design disciplines.
Entries are judged by an expert 50 person jury panel composed of academics, media members and experienced design professionals.
The competition is organized in three (3) phases:
- 1st Phase – Preliminary evaluation
- 2nd Phase – Nomination
- 3rd Phase – Award announcement and PR campaing
The A’ Design Award winners receive: 3D Printed Metal Award Trophy, the Annual Hardcover Yearbook of Best Designs, Award Winner Certificate, an Exclusive Invitation to the Award Gala-Night and Ceremony in Italy, Free Participation and Space Allocation in the Winners’ Exhibition, and further benefits such as sales listings, utilization of design brokerage or mediation services, and translation of award winning works to 20+ languages.
Award winning companies and designers will be further able to use the “Award Winner Logo” to differentiate their products, and are entitled to receive a special PR Campaign from DesignPRWire which includes press release preparation, distribution, and communication to thousands of magazines.
The aim of the awards is to highlight the very best design ideas and creativity and to push designers to come up with better products and services for a brighter future. The Accolades promises fame, prestige, credibility, international recognition, publicity and awareness for the very best and brilliant designs.
A’ Design Award & Competition 2013-2014 Entry Fees
The 1st Phase (Preliminary evaluation) is free for everybody and allows you to get an early score for your design. The cost for entering the 2nd Phase and nominate your design is:
- 225 Euro per nomination – Early Nomination
- 300 Euro per nomination – Standard Nomination
- 375 Euro per nomination – Late Nomination
There are no further fees for the winners as is seen in some other very prestigious design competitions and awards.
