Oil Painters of America will hold its 22nd Annual National Exhibition of Representational Oil Paintings, at InSight Gallery in Fredericksburg, Texas.
The organizer’s intention is to assemble the finest display of representational oil paintings. The focus in the jurying process will be to select paintings that show the highest quality in draftsmanship, color, and composition, emphasizing a diversity in representational style and subject matter.
30+ awards will be given with a total value $75,000, including a $25,000 Best of Show.
Oil Painters of America Presents The Twenty-second Annual National Juried Exhibition Of Traditional Oils
Oil Painters of America will hold its Twenty-second Annual National Exhibition of Representational Oil Paintings, 18 May through 17 June 2013 at InSight Gallery in Fredericksburg, Texas.
Entries are not limited to nationality, though you must reside in the U.S., Canada or Mexico to be eligible to enter. Another requirement is that you need to be a member of Oil Painters of America for 2013 – costs $60 – to be eligible to enter.
Approximately 30 awards will be given with a total value estimated in excess of $75,000, including a $25,000 Best of Show. Juror of Awards is renowned artist Sherrie McGraw. A full-color catalog will be available.
