The 11th Pictoplasma Berlin Conference & Festival 2015 is calling for animation entries to be considered for the official Festival program, as part of the Characters in Motion screenings.
The Pictoplasma Characters in Motion screenings are an integral part of the Pictoplasma Conference and Festival of contemporary character design and art, and offer Festival visitors and Conference participants an overview of international animations, short films, motion graphics, and experimental work, focusing on stylish and fresh character-driven visuals and narratives.
The call is open for high-grade Characters in animation, narration, music visuals, experimental work or motion graphics from any part of the world.
Selected works will become part of the 2015 Characters in Motion screenings, thus part of the 2015 Festival program.
Pictoplasma is the world’s leading and largest Conference and Festival of contemporary character culture, with a dense program of inspiring artist presentations, conference lectures, animation screenings, workshops, installations, numerous character walk exhibitions, performances and of course, loads of character!
The 2015 Pictoplasma Berlin event is scheduled for 29th April — 3rd May, 2015 at Babylon, Urban Spree + numerous Art Spaces in Berlin.
