This is a call for emerging filmmakers who'd to like have the opportunity to interact with and learn from internationally acclaimed filmmakers. Celebrating its 10th Anniversary in 2013, Talent Lab is presented by TIFF Industry and takes place during the first half of the Festival which runs from 5th to 15th September, 2013.
